Aaron Reed Luxury Fine Art Photography Prints

Welcome to my website and thank you for your interest in my work! The details below will educate you on everything you need to know about my art, the prints and the process from beginning to end when purchasing fine art photography of mine through this website. If I have not answered your question below, please feel free to reach out to me personally at any time via email or telephone. I enjoy speaking with potential collectors of my work and I am happy to help in any way that I can.

I offer my entire body of work through this website, in sizes ranging from 24x36 all the way to 56x84. Many select pieces can be created as larger pieces up to 60x120. Each of my Lumachrome TruLife Acrylic or LexJet Metallic Acrylic Prints are finished using a "float Mount" system, creating a ready to hang work of art that does not require exterior framing of any kind. This not only relieves you of the need to pay for expensive external framing, but also creates a visually clean and crisp display that looks striking in any home or business environment. My Lumachrome TruLife Acrylic prints are also available externally framed, using the most exquisite Italian frames produced in the world today. Shipping is included at no additional cost anywhere in the US for pieces 72" and under.

For those looking for more information about interior design, how to illuminate artwork in your home or how fine art nature photography can help heal those who are ill, you can find all that and more in my luxury fine art blog.

PLATINUM Series | Lumachrome TruLife Acrylic Fine Art

The most incredible finished gallery quality pieces that I offer are original photo prints under acrylic glass (face-mounted) produced with Lumachrome HD and FujiFlex Super Gloss photographic papers. These museum-quality pieces are produced using the best available materials in the world today and are my top recommendation to clients. This fine art process begins by producing a photographic print that is then face-mounted from behind to a sheet of crystal clear, scratch-resistant and nonreflective acrylic glass.

Fine Art prints produced this way show incredible visual depth and an almost 3d quality full of high definition details, beautiful tonal transitions and incredibly vibrant colors. Light that falls across and reflects off of the face of these prints is visually "trapped" within the acrylic glass and when properly lit, the artwork appears to be illuminated or back-lit. A ChromaLuxe (metal) print, while visually stunning, does not share this same reaction to light or apparent visual depth. Lumachrome Acrylic prints have a silver, almost pearl-like luminescence that adds to the overall luxury feel of these incredible pieces.

As various qualities of changing light fall across the walls of your home, the luminescence of the art changes as well bringing the work to life before your very eyes. Each piece is crafted by hand, inspected and polished leaving a lasting brilliance and shine with no detail overlooked. Finally, this fine art piece is finished and fixed with a deluxe Italian made ROMA recessed float mount on the reverse allowing the piece to hang without the need for an external frame of any kind. This process offers a clean, gallery-quality presentation and modern look that will dramatically enhance any private home or business facility.

Beginning November 2018, all of my acrylic face-mounted prints have been produced using TruLife Anti-Reflective Acrylic Glass. This revolutionary product delivers the highest-resolution viewing experience of photographic artwork available today. TruLife features a single-sided virtually invisible anti-reflective coating allowing viewers to see the finest details. With lifelike colors, incredible depth and clarity, TruLife is the best way to show high-end art and included with all of my work with no additional charge to you. TruLife acrylic glass is also UV-filtering, abrasion-resistant, and anti-static offering uncompromising protection and preservation.

Lexjet Metallic Acrylic Prints are a reduced cost acrylic option when compared to my acrylic face mount prints that I offer as my premium product. This gallery quality fine art print is face-mounted to .08" acrylic glass before being back-mounted with DiBond. TruLife acrylic is not used with these pieces and a composite recessed framed is used instead of wood. The image quality is comparable to Lumachrome, with a significant cost reduction due to support materials used. My Lexjet Metallic Acrylic Prints are available ranging in sizes from 16 x 24 all the way to 48 x 72. Larger, and externally framed pieces are only available produced with Lumachrome HD Technology.

About Artist Proof's - AP

In addition to my Limited Edition pieces that are held to 50, 100 or 200 total pieces respectfully, I also offer 1 Artist Proof (AP) of each piece. All Artist Proofs are printed as Lumachrome Face Mounted Acrylic Prints at 45", 60" or 72". Each of these Artist Proofs are signed and numbered with A/P #1 of 1. A hand written letter from the artist is also included describing special details and thoughts from the artist. Only 1 Artist Proof of each image will ever be printed, increasing their value and rarity. Each of these pieces is an investment and will increase in value at a higher rate than pieces from the body of the collection itself. Each Artist Proof requires an investment of $7500 regardless of print size.

About First Printing - FP

When I designate one of my pieces as a Limited Edition piece, I choose the total number of prints to be offered in the collection. I withhold the First Printing (FP) of each piece in the collection to keep for myself, or to be offered as the very last print sold of that Limited Edition. The First Printings are also printed using Lumachrome TruLife Acrylic with Museum Grade acrylic backing and are ready to hang. These pieces are signed FP 1/50, FP 1/100 or FP 1/200 depending on the piece. Hand selected pieces are chosen based on overall popularity and can now be purchased in advance of the selection selling out.

As with Artist Proofs, First Printing’s also carry a higher value and will increase in value at a faster rate than pieces from the body of the collection itself. First Printing pieces require an investment of $2000 above the standard pricing for ChromaLuxe or $2500 above the standard pricing for Lumachrome HD prints. To be sure that your selected piece is available, please contact me directly to receive an invoice for purchase. Artist Proofs and First Printings can both be personalized, making these an incredible opportunity to purchase as a gift for a loved one or business partner.
