FAQ | Aaron Reed Luxury Fine Art Prints

The frequently asked questions below offer information regarding my general business practices, how to navigate, select and purchase fine art prints through this website and other common questions about the limited edition fine art offered here through my online galleries.

If I have not answered your question below, please feel free to reach out to me personally, seven days a week, via email or telephone. I enjoy speaking with prospective collectors of my work and I am happy to help in any way that I can.

How do I place an order?

Purchasing a piece from one of my collections can be completed by using the drop down menus found on every product page. Simply click on the image, make your size and surface selections, enter your personal information and proceed to check out. All transactions are completed using PayPal or Stripe payment systems. The eCommerce structure of this site is safe and secure and always kept up to date using the latest security technologies. Custom invoices can also be provided for multiple print purchases that may include progressive volume discounts by inquiring via email or telephone.

How large can your work be produced?

The entire collection of work found across this site is available for direct purchase ranging in size from 24" to 84" on the longest side. Many pieces can be produced up to 120" wide by request.

Do you offer custom sizes?

I do offer custom sizes, including creative cropping to your available space. While some requests would negatively impact the visual quality of the print, I am happy to discuss your needs and work with you to find the perfect solution.

Are the larger prints blurry or pixelated?

No. Each and every image included in my limited edition collections is a high resolution image that has been hand selected both for it's artistic and technical strengths. All prints are produced at 300dpi at the size ordered. Files are prepared using various resolution and detail enhancement methods and produced by master printers under my direction.

What are the differences between your various print options?

I offer three style options spread across four product options. You can find everything you need to know about those options here.

What are Acrylic Fine Art Prints?

Here you will find everything you need to know about acrylic fine art prints and why they are superior to both traditionally framed paper, canvas and aluminum prints.

Do you offer custom framing?

My TruLife Acrylic fine art prints are available externally framed using the worlds highest quality Italian moulding produced by Roma. As a Roma partner I can source any Roma frame worldwide as well as just about any other custom moulding by request.

How much do they cost?

Complete investment options can be found here, with pricing ranging from $1250 to $9900k providing opportunity for collectors of every budget. Pieces larger than 84" and international shipments will have additional investment costs in addition to the pricing structure below. These prices are up to 50% less than the structure found in most galleries while offering a higher quality product.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Photographic paper (Fuji Silver Halide Pearl) prints take approx. 10 business days to produce, while FujiFlex and Lumachrome Acrylic prints take approx. 21 business days to complete. Pieces larger than 60" or externally framed pieces may require extended production time, up to 28 business days in total.

How will my order be shipped?

Depending on the size of the pieces, one of a handful of carriers will be used to ship your order. Every print is packaged professionally and fully insured to ensure your order arrives undamaged. Due to insurance company requirements, deliveries must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt. In the extremely rare event that a piece is damaged during delivery, simply photograph both the packaging and the internal damage and send them directly to me via email. A replacement will immediately be placed into production and a second delivery made.

Do you accept returns?

Throughout my career spanning over a decade now I have sold thousands of large fine art prints. I have never had a single return request, something I am quite proud of. I work tirelessly to ensure the artwork I produce is visually superior to the digital thumbnails representing it on this site. That being said, the artwork sold on this website is made to order and is not eligible for return except under extraordinary circumstances. If a return is requested and approved, return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted prior to any refunds.

Do you offer open edition prints?

All of the work I produce is part of an exclusive limited edition collection. Each piece has strict production limits between 50 and 200 total pieces respectively. Once its production number is reached, the image will be retired and never sold again as a fine art print.

Do you ship internationally?

My work is collected and available for distribution worldwide. Additional shipping costs are required for all international orders excluding Canada. Collectors are responsible for any and all duties, taxes, customs and fees imposed by the country where the work is delivered.

Are your prints all signed?

Each print I produce is signed and numbered. A matching certificate of authenticity is provided as additional provenance. Records of each sale are maintained by me including a copy of the digital file used to produce the work in question. In the event of a fire or other catastrophic damage to the artwork, a replacement may be made available at cost.

Do you have a gallery?

Due to the high costs of producing gallery quality photographic art, I decided early on in my career that I would rather build my business and my brand around creating limited edition art that could be afforded by more than just the rich and affluent. If I were to open and maintain a physical gallery, I would need to quadruple my pricing structure overnight. This increase in cost would not add any value to your purchase as a collector. To meet the goal of keeping my work affordable while maintaining the same level of quality, my work is only available online through this website, is handcrafted and made in the USA.

How do I display the prints?

The unframed pieces that I produce utilize a float mount system that is anchored to the wall using a french cleat or z bar included with each order. Due to the size and high value of these pieces I highly recommend professional installation, however, they are relatively easy to hang with the help of a friend.

How do I light my artwork?

Quality lighting has a remarkable effect on the artwork I produce, causing the pieces to appear as if they are glowing or backlit. Here can find out everything you need to know about how to light your photography prints.
